Join us on Sunday mornings during this Easter Season as Pastor Karl offers a sermon series on Building a Kingdom. The start of a new year is seen as a chance to hit the reset button on our lives, as we resolve to lose weight, exercise more, or be better persons than we have been in the past. Real change, however, can only come from a life transformed through a relationship with Jesus Christ. What better way to begin a new year than by renewing our commitment to Him?
On Saturday, December 31, at 7:00pm, St. Peter’s will hold a Covenant Renewal Service where we will gather as individuals and as a family to recommit ourselves to following God’s will in our lives. Join us for this powerful evening of spiritual renewal as we prepare our hearts and minds to enter into 2017 as a people set apart by God, called to share His love in the world.
Yes, we will have worship on Sunday, December 25! This year, Christmas falls on a Sunday – and since Sunday is a day for church, what better time to come together and worship Jesus?! We will have one service that morning at 10:30 a.m. Join us as we welcome the new born King with singing and praise! We will also have Sunday school that day at 9:30 a.m.
On December 24, St. Peter’s will hold a special Christmas Eve worship service. Join us as we raise our voices in song on this most joyous evening to celebrate the birth of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Come and hear the ancient Gospels bring to life the story of that night so long ago when God’s love came down in the person of a tiny baby born; marvel at how a meager cattle stall became the birthplace of salvation; experience God’s gift of forgiveness as we gather around the Lord’s Table; and celebrate with us as we share the Light of Christ with one another and welcome the True Light into the world.
