Children are an important part of our life together as a church!
St. Peter’s offers several programs to nurture God’s precious little ones in their faith:
Sunday Morning Worship
During Sunday morning worship, Pastor Karl presents a special children’s sermon for the little ones. He offers a fun object lesson to help them understand Biblical truths on their level. We also have a nursery available for children ages newborn to Pre-K.
No matter your child’s age, we have a Sunday School class that’s just right for them. Classes meet Sundays at 9:45 a.m.
“Starbursts” is a fun-filled ministry for children aged Pre-K through 6th grade. Through songs, games, and Biblical lessons, children learn about God, the Bible, and themselves, as they explore fun activities and make new friends. At weekly meetings, adult leaders help the children dig into God’s Word, memorize Scripture, apply God’s truth to their lives, and grow into young men and women who will serve Christ throughout their lives. Starbursts meets every Sunday during the school year from 5:00 – 6:30 p.m.
Vacation Bible School
Each June, St. Peter’s holds a week-long Vacation Bible School, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon. VBS provides a fun time of games, music, crafts, and learning for children ages 2 through those finishing 6th grade .
